At socialPALS I’ve moved past the usual designer-agency relationship, to build something better for both sides. Identifying a genuinely disruptive idea and sharing the challenge of delivering it.
The project initially required a huge amount of planning. I didn’t have any precedents or templates to use as reference points.
Yet, the real challenge was simplicity, here the goal was to make the UI and UX so simple that literally anyone could understand it.
The solution was to give brands a space where they could create their marketing campaigns and through the platform invite their retailers to join the campaign in and publish it in their own channels.
This way brands were using their retailers as authentic promoters of the campaign, multiplying the brand's online presence.
For the creation of the campaigns, the calendar was one of the key pieces. With it, the brand could have full control of the ad campaign.
We've also created a way to provide the brand's retailers with ready-to-use content.
